Mylène Beauchamp, B.A, ACC (she/her)

Mylène’s Professional Journey

EQ-i 2.0® and EQ-360® Master Trainer, Facilitator and Professional Coach, Mylène has guided hundreds of employees in the development of their leadership skills.

Passionate about human dynamics and the synergy that unites individuals and teams, she specializes in the development of emotional intelligence, both individual and collective.

Trained in coaching in 2013 through The Art and Science of Coaching with Erickson Coaching International in Vancouver, she obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2014, and she is currently working towards her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level.

Mylène has a solid background in training and a wealth of experience that allows her to adapt to the various and changing needs of her clients. For 10 years, she has held various positions in the Public Service of Canada, where she has achieved many significant accomplishments.

Among other things, she created the Navigating through Change course, a course she delivered to hundreds of employees across the country to facilitate the transition of teams and individuals as part of the Federal Government’s Deficit Reduction Action Plan.

Mylène also contributed to the development and the training of leaders while she was involved in the creation and subsequent coordination of the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) coaching team. With passion and dynamism, she has accompanied many executives in their EQ-i 2.0® and 360 feedback exercise.

Business Leader since 2013, she has been involved in her professional community as a member of the board of directors of the Association québécoise du codéveloppement professionnel (AQCP), Créagora, a collaborative work space, and she was vice-president of the Réseau des Mères en affaires for the Outaouais region.

Mylène holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA), a recognized ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program) professional coaching certification and a certification from the Center for Creative Leadership for the use of their 360 and leadership development tools. She also completed a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) certification. Mylène is part of the international network of Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) Master Trainers and offers the following certifications: EQ-i 2.0®—Emotional Quotient, EQ 360®—Emotional Quotient and 360° Feedback assessment tools , as well as the Change Style Indicator (CSI®), the Change Navigator® and the Influence Style Indicator (ISI™).

Some of the ingredients in Mylène’s recipe for work-life balance are reading a good book, preparing (and enjoying!) a good meal with her family and discovering the great outdoors in Canada and abroad with her husband and two teenagers.

Mylène is perfectly bilingual and works with her clients in French and English.
