Alievo™ will be talking about Influential Leadership with Canada’s Federal Public Service executive community
Our Vice President Mylène Beauchamp will be facilitating two virtual micro-workshops in April with the executive community of the Federal Public Service of Canada. Under the theme Influential Leadership: Leveraging all five influence styles to foster trust and mobilize teams, she will invite executives to reflect on the behaviours that lead to effective and ineffective influence. Do we all influence in the same way? What are the pitfalls to avoid when influencing? These are questions that will be answered during the micro-workshops of April 5 and 12, 2023.
